  1. Teach a trainer how take a prospect through the necessary sales process in order to set up a forward-looking strategy with a client that is an ideal match and not a waste of time

  We R H.O.P.E is a non-exclusive anxiety coaching company that introduces people to information and coping strategies surrounding anxiety. We engage ourselves in one on one coaching sessions with our clients to ensure they can learn to adopt the strategies and work through everyday anxiety. We work with the individual to properly execute these skills when appropriate. In our school presentations, we explain the facts of anxiety and how it is affecting our youth. We R H.O.P.E brings the anxiety coach directly to the school at a low affordable cost. After working with these young people in a one on one setting, they may find more support is needed. Again, we are there to help. With clinical resources, we can help a young person and their family find a clinician that is suitable to their needs. Within the next year, We R H.O.P.E. will be creating a scholarship fund to help aid and assist youth and their families with some of the financial costs of treatment. The company is envisioned towards breaking the barrier that hinders youth from seeking out help. Our core mission is to bring education, normalization and a message of hope to the people of today that struggle with anxiety.

As past members of the private mental health field, we understand even short term treatment can cost upwards of ninety thousand dollars. Our company finds it unacceptable that those with financial resources continue to get help and those without the resources end up with 504 plans, in IEP/ Special Education  classes, get suspended/change schools or worse, end up using substances to cope with their anxieties that can even lead to incarceration. We R H.O.P.E will offer individualized education, coaching and other services for students with anxiety related challenges. A focus to this engagement is normalizing anxiety within the community. We R H.O.P.E meets the students where they are at, and offer trauma informed interactive services.  We R H.O.P.E. also offers coaching and training’s for parents.   


Scott Joseph is the author of “The Chimp Diet” and is about to release his 2nd book titled “Perfect [Human] Food”. After realizing that approx 95% of all illnesses and diseases are “diet-related” and that animals in nature are always in perfect shape and perfect health and who virtually never get sick, he began researching the nutritional biology and the natural selection of feeding, relating to animals in general, but especially our closest living relatives, African apes.  So then according to our closest living relatives, Chimps, who are still 99% genetically and biologically like humans, but who have virtually perfect health… their natural diet holds the answer to curing and preventing all of our health issues

Not so long ago, I was overweight, my back hurt, and my energy level was at an all-time low. I needed to drop the extra pounds and get my health back, so I began looking into nutrition. Then one day, I had a life changing ah-ha moment and started to put 2 & 2 together. Now after years of personal research, I have discovered something that I believe can change the world. Here’s my story…

One day while eating lunch, with my overweight friend, in a restaurant loaded with other overweight people, wondering why we were all overweight, I noticed out the window, about a hundred black birds, resting on some power lines and none were overweight. Shortly later a Harley-Davidson drove by, and all the birds quickly flew away, and I thought, how could that be – every single one of those birds were in perfect shape and in perfect health and had no problem getting up and moving in a hurry – which was literally the exact opposite inside the restaurant.

Soon thereafter, I realized that every bird I’ve seen, every fish I’ve seen, every squirrel I’ve seen, every lizard I’ve seen – just about every single animal that I’ve ever seen in nature (without any human interference) is always in perfect shape and in perfect health. There are approx 1-million species of living creatures (amphibians, birds, fish, insects, mammals and reptiles) living on this earth and research clearly shows that humans are the only ones that are littered with obesity, illness and chronic diseases. And sadly now, our cats & dogs are just as sick as we are. And the answer is quite simple, we’ve been misinformed to what we should be eating – it’s the Food!!

That day, I began researching our closest living relatives, Chimpanzees, who are almost 99% like us, and quickly realized, they virtually never get overweight or sick – NO Heart Attacks, NO Strokes, NO Cancers, NO Diabetes, NO Alzheimer’s, NO Parkinson’s, NO Arthritis, NO Headaches, NO ADD, NO Depression and 1,000’s of other illnesses and diseases that affect humans, including obesity. Scientific data from many leading primatologists and anthropologists clearly show that humans and chimps “still” have nearly the exact same digestive systems and immune systems, which made me think, we should be eating the same foods.

So, monkey-see monkey-do, I gradually adopted my version of our (their) natural diet of mostly Fruits and Leaves (lettuce/salads) by closely following their caloric intake of each food group, and adapting it to me, a human. I simply converted their (our) diet into one that can easily coincide with modern living – eating mostly mono-meals of fruit before noon and big salads later in the day. Within weeks, I had completely changed my health, if not my entire life. Not only completely reversing my obesity, but my overall well-being, including my back pains, joint issues and energy levels. Basically reverting my middle-aged body right back to my youth.

However, my business or personal schedule quite often didn’t allow me to eat naturally so I began blending (not juicing) the same foods – the entire food, the whole food, everything including the ultra-healthy peels, pulp and seeds, which has now become Love Plantz – Whole Food Drinks.



How I got started with the cookbooks

I am a wife, mom and grandma who happens to have Celiac disease.  When I was diagnosed I knew my food life had to change.  I had to learn to cook differently but still make the food taste great.  It’s been a journey and I learned so many things.  My goal is to help others with food allergies to have an easier journey.  In 2017 I created my first cookbook for everyone to enjoy.  My second cookbook was published July 2018.  There are 70 recipes in both cookbooks.  Breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, potpouri and alcoholic drinks.  All the recipes are written gluten free, traditional or how to make both at the same time.  It’s perfect for everyone, people with and without food allergies and multi food families. 


How I got started with Bella From the Farm

I believe that books are very important for children. I used to read to my children every night when they were young. I saw how it opened their minds and imaginations to the world. I now have a grandson and hope that his world is filled with books. We adopted a labrador retriever a few years ago and named her Bella. She does funny and silly things so I knew I had to write about her. In a world where it can be hard for kids, I wanted the books end with a positive message. In Bella From the Farm the message is “just be yourself and they will like you.” My goal is to have a series of Bella books with each of them ending with a positive message.

Once a week, every saturday in a mixed class I teach on Saturdays starting
with Mixxedfit® and finishing with Zumba®, which I call “Dance Fitness


I enjoy dance fitness a lot, and seeing how my participants smile and have a
great time in my classes, inspires me to keep learning and giving them 200% of
my efforts and a great experience.


Mixxedfit® is a very good program that will give
participants something different and fun. Exercise in disguise but with good mini
challenges to get a kick-butt workout. Fun, sweat and good times are
guaranteed in my Dance Fitness classes.

Zumba® Fitness: A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba®Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.

I would like to share with the community part of what moves me: my love and passion for Dance Fitness. I enjoy seeing people have fun and smile in my Zumba® classes, it gives me life, in the end, it is what motivates me and helps me keep going and polishing my skills as a Dance Fitness Instructor. My students motivate me.

All together, I have been doing Zumba® for five years. One year as a student, four years as Instructor. I teach 7 classes weekly!

Being a dance fitness instructor, I have attended mini trainings made specifically for us Zumba® Instructors, and I have learned additional choreography at this trainings, but also, I have been like a sponge and tried to absorb all the information in and the teachings from the trainers; trying to take all the advice and teachings from the trainers and mash it up into my own style, trying to make my participants experience a great one, and a safe class as well.

I try to attend other instructors classes as well, to get that experience from being a student and never stop learning.
